‌Cleaning and maintenance‌:

Rinse the surface of the aluminum rod with plenty of clean water to remove dust and impurities.
Use a soft cloth soaked in detergent diluted with water to gently wipe the surface to remove stubborn stains.
Rinse the surface with plenty of clean water to ensure that the detergent is completely removed.
Check the surface and use detergent to clean the places that are not cleaned until the surface is clean.
‌Handling and storage‌:

During the handling process, it must be handled with care to avoid bumps and surface damage.
It should be covered with tarpaulin during transportation to prevent the intrusion of rain and snow.
The storage environment should be dry, bright, and well ventilated to avoid humid and corrosive climates.
Small-sized aluminum rods can be placed on the shelf, and large-sized aluminum rods should be separated from the ground with wooden blocks at the bottom, keeping a distance of more than 10 cm from the ground. When large-sized materials are stacked, they should be separated from the top and bottom with wooden strips or boards.
‌Equipment maintenance‌:

The maintenance of the aluminum rod welding machine should be carried out with the power completely cut off.
Before each shift, the machine should be operated in an empty stroke, and production can only be started after confirming that there is no abnormality.
Regularly add lubricating oil to the mechanical moving parts to keep the equipment running smoothly.
Regularly clean the moisture in the air filter combination to ensure that the water storage capacity of the water screen cup does not exceed one-third.
Regularly check and tighten the connecting bolts of the welded secondary circuit components to prevent loosening.
